Job summary

360 IDE is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support scalable integrations across Workday HCM, Financials, and Procurement. You will work with EIB, Workday Studio, and web services to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring data integrity and security.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, manage multiple integration projects, and stay current with Workday releases to drive continuous improvements in enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Financials integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, WSDL, and related standards.
• Experience with integration security (ISU, PGP, MFA).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions for HCM, Financials, and Procurement.
• Develop integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure security and compliance with ISU, encryption, and MFA standards.
• Perform unit and integration tests and provide production support.
