Covenant Retirement Communities seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday architecture, configuration, and optimization focusing on core HCM, Recruiting, and Talent Management. This hands-on role spans Workday and related HRIS tools, partnering with HR to deliver accurate data, robust reporting, and scalable processes.

You will drive requirements sessions, testing, user enablement, and enterprise-wide adoption across IT, Finance, and Total Rewards to ensure data integrity and transformational

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of Workday administration experience.
• Workday Pro certificate in HCM strongly preferred, within 6 months if not current.
• Experience developing advanced Workday HCM reports and serving as a HRIS business partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and optimization of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Talent) and related HRIS tools.
• Gather requirements, design configurations, test plans and deployment steps; develop user guides and training materials.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports; ensure data integrity and security access across systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and Total Rewards to implement changes and support enterprise-wide adoption.
• Manage small to large HRIS projects from scope to communication and training.
