Job summary

EarnIn seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform, focusing on Core HCM and Security. You will translate business needs into scalable system solutions, partnering with People, Finance, and IT while ensuring data integrity and governance.

This role supports an intelligent Work Systems transformation and requires a strong Workday foundation and inventor mindset. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $184,000-$226,000, plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

4+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
Strong configuration experience in Core HCM & Security.
Experience with Workday configuration including Business Process Framework, Security, and Advanced Reporting.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, and IT teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating structured documentation and leveraging AI tools to enhance system design, testing, and analysis.

Responsibilities

Own configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Core HCM and Security.
Design and maintain business processes, workflows, and system controls across the employee lifecycle.
Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption.
Design and manage Workday security architecture (roles, domains, permissions).
Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights across People and Finance.
Translate business requirements into system solutions with cross-functional teams.
Support testing strategy (UAT) and ensure high-quality system deployments.
