Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform, focusing on Core HCM and Security. You will design, configure, and optimize scalable people systems, partnering with People, Finance, and IT to enable growth while ensuring data integrity and governance.

In Mountain View, CA, the role commands a base salary range and equity, with in-office work 2 days per week; remote options exist for candidates in PT or CT time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Strong configuration experience in Core HCM & Security.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, and IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating structured documentation and leveraging AI tools to enhance system design, testing, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Core HCM and Security frameworks.
• Design and maintain business processes, workflows, and system controls across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption.
• Design and manage Workday security architecture (roles, domains, permissions).
• Ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and data governance standards.
• Partner with IT and Security teams on access controls and risk mitigation.
• Ensure Workday integrates with broader enterprise systems and supports end-to-end processes.
• Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
