Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and administer its Workday HRIS. You will serve as a subject matter expert in business process management, reporting, data management, and data extraction, acting as an integration liaison between vendors and IT.

The role collaborates with People Services to optimize Workday, stay current with releases, and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four to Five years of experience with Workday HRIS.
• 5+ Years of Workday experience within HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or IT with HRIS experience.
• Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday business processes, security roles, and system settings.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Lead Workday releases by impact analysis, testing coordination, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and leadership to deliver workforce analytics and operational reporting.
• Monitor HR data for accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
• Support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Provide guidance and training on Workday best practices to HR teams.
