Job summary

FoundationCCC seeks a Senior Workday Analyst, HRIS to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday across HCM, recruitment, onboarding, time tracking, and payroll. The role collaborates with the HRIS team to provide education, support, and escalation for complex issues, while maintaining security, data integrity, and vendor integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, human resources, or related field.
7+ years of Workday HCM configuration/administration experience.
Experience with net-new or major Workday HCM re-engineering preferred.
Experience across HR functions: HCM, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize Workday HRIS (HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Time Tracking, job classifications, benefits, reporting, payroll).
Collaborate with HRIS team; provide education and mid-level support; escalate complex issues.
Manage security, worktags, data, vendor tenant access, testing, and cross-domain architecture decisions.
Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; align HRIS, IT, and Business Systems stakeholders.
