Grand Canyon Education, Inc. seeks a Senior HRIS (Workday) Analyst in Phoenix to maintain and enhance our HR systems. You will serve as a Workday SME, lead upgrades, design test plans, and deliver scalable solutions that improve HR operations across departments.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of Workday experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. A Bachelor's degree is required, with experience in HR ERP implementations and integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Workday experience with hands-on configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• Experience in HR ERP implementations and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Workday SME across processes, upgrades, and testing.
• Collaborate with payroll, recruiting, compensation and IT.
• Develop and support HR reports and data integrity.
• Lead system upgrades and test scenarios.
