Grand Canyon Education, Inc. (GCE) is seeking an HRIS Architect to act as the technical and functional design authority for its Workday ecosystem.

You will shape architecture, integrations, data design, and governance to deliver scalable, compliant HR processes across multiple units. Collaboration with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits and vendors is essential to optimize Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting and Integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workday experience across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting.
• Experience supporting large (10k+) employee organizations.
• Experience in security model and integrations (EIB, Core Connector); payroll integration knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as design authority for Workday configuration and cross‑module functionality.
• Partner with HR staff and process owners to develop strategies and roadmaps for HRIS applications.
• Own integrations, data mapping, and vendor connectivity.
• Create and execute integration and regression test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for HRIS and its integrations.
