Job summary

JSX is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Technology to manage and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, with a focus on Workday. You will translate business needs into practical system solutions, build impactful dashboards, lead testing and enhancements, and drive data integrity across HR platforms.

The role partners with HR, Payroll, IT and business leaders to deliver joyful, simple Crewmember experiences, while guiding an HRIS Associate Analyst and owning system documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years supporting HRIS or HR tech platforms.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Experience with Workday reporting, business processes, security and configuration.
• Experience managing system enhancements, testing and change-management activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and primary administrator for Workday and other HR tech platforms.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and UX.
• Support Workday releases, upgrades, testing, and new functionality implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain HR metrics, dashboards and analytics.
• Create and automate recurring reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, recruiting, talent management, compensation, organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Gather requirements, evaluate solutions and configure system/business-process changes.
• Lead and support HR tech projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process redesigns.
• Partner with HR leadership, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Protect data accuracy and integrity through audits, validation, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Serve as escalation point for HR system issues.
