CTG is seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst - Extend & Payroll for a client. This remote 6-month assignment focuses on extending Workday HR solutions, including Core HCM, Payroll, and ECP integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst for enterprise HR tech implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend applications and solutions.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and related integrations.
• Experience supporting requirements analysis, workflow design, interface mapping, UAT, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specs for HR technology solutions.
• Support configuration and enhancements of applications built on Workday Extend.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to identify needs and propose Workday solutions.
• Analyze Workday Core HCM and Workday Payroll processes, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
• Support ECP integrations and related HR/payroll processes.
• Document employee offboarding processes and admin requirements.
• Create workflow diagrams, process docs, and interface mappings.
• Coordinate and manage UAT, including planning, testing, tracking issues, and resolution.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and clearly communicate requirements and impacts to teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR tech processes, functionality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
