Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Workday HR Systems Analyst to join our Arlington, VA team. You will be a technical and functional SME for Workday HCM across Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and more, partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance to design, configure, and maintain system solutions.

You will support data integrity, compliance, and employee experience while leading testing, upgrades, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of HRIS/Workday experience across multiple modules.
Experience configuring Workday HCM, security roles, and reporting.
Exposure to SOX/compliance controls and testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Workday HCM and related modules including Payroll and Benefits.
Configure and optimize Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance to identify improvements and scalable solutions.
Provide Tier 2/3 support, testing, and incident resolution within SLAs.
Support Workday releases, upgrades, and future module expansions.
