Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations.
• Experience with PECI, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM data structures.
• Experience in modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting & Time Tracking.
• Experience in outbound payroll data integrations and data imports into Workday.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and external payroll systems.
• Configure and maintain payroll outbound integrations using PECI, Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs.
• Analyze, map, transform, and validate data across Workday modules.
• Develop migration strategies, conversion templates, data validation scripts, and reconciliation reports.
• Support mock conversions, cutover planning, and production deployment activities.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services APIs.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and provide timely resolution of production issues.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
