Job summary

Motion is seeking a Senior Engineer, Workday Integration Developer for Global Industrial. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, and supporting Workday integrations to enable HR systems across regions.

You will collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver robust integration deployments and ongoing support. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in Workday HCM integrations, experience with EIB/Core Connectors/Cloud Connect/Workday Studio, and a solid background in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience with Workday HCM integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
2+ years of experience with Workday integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
2+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
2+ years integrating systems with third‑party service vendors.
Good understanding of Workday security.
Prism Analytics experience is preferred.
Experience with document transformation, XSLT, XPATH etc.
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
Support existing integrations.
Resolve integration issues requiring in-depth Workday expertise.
Provide documentation and artifacts for development lifecycle phases.
Develop test cases and peer review code.
Provide production support and respond to incidents promptly.
Ensure compliance with HRIS standards and policies.
Other duties as assigned.
