Infosys, the Oracle unit in the United States, seeks a Package Consultant 2 to collaborate with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating ERP specifications to align with business objectives. You will contribute to solution architecture, customize ERP modules, and ensure data integrity across interfaces.

You will develop new features, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance, while delivering documentation and user training for effective

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday HCM domain and HR modules configuration across Core HR, Payroll, Time tracking, Benefits, and more.
• Experience in Workday HCM NA Payroll and Core HCM.
• Ability to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in prototyping configurations and unit testing processes.
• Knowledge of BP configurations, security, and Workday reporting/analytics.

Responsabilités

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and align specifications with ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture and module customization based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features; perform code reviews and maintain codebase.
• Coordinate system integration via interfaces, ETL processes, and data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Ensure ERP customizations meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.
