Infosys Oracle unit seeks a Package Project Lead 1 to drive finance and ERP implementations on Workday across global teams. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines, and guide development, integration, and reporting efforts within a cloud-enabled ERP environment.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment of project economics with strategic priorities in a dynamic delivery setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Management.
• Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects.
• Experience in all the delivered ERP processes and reports.
• Experience in working on Workday Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
