• Proven expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and defining operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL for data-driven decisions.
• Experience with AI and prompt engineering to drive process automation.
• Strong background in continuous improvement for TA Ops, Finance, or Operations teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
