You will lead configuration, security design, and multi-country rollout planning, mentor junior staff, and maintain audit-ready data and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with architect/senior consultant roles.
• Deep functional expertise across multiple Workday modules: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Security, Reporting.
• Experience leading full-cycle Workday implementations and integrations.

• Lead the functional architect for Workday across HCM modules.
• Design and configure business processes, security groups, and calculated fields.
• Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose Workday-native solutions.
• Design and maintain Workday security framework and audits; mentor junior staff.
• Provide architectural guidance on mergers, multi-country rollouts, and new modules.
