Job summary

Altera is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Solutions Architect to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of our Workday HCM ecosystem in the San Jose area. You will serve as the primary functional expert bridging business requirements with Workday capabilities to scale HR technology with best-practice configurations across core modules.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience and cross-functional design experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Workday security, business processes, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday architecture and translate requirements into scalable designs across HCM modules.
• Design and configure business processes, security, and calculated fields for HR, Benefits, Talent, and Compensation.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to select Workday-native solutions before customization.
