Job summary

Exodus Integrity Services is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead a major Workday implementation focused on Workday Financials (FINS) and PSA. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and the implementation partner to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise projects, proven Workday deployments, and strong governance and risk management skills.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise application implementations.
Proven Workday deployments with FINS and PSA.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Experience with third-party implementation partners and SIs.
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on project execution.
Strong risk management, issue management, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead overall planning, execution, and governance of the Workday implementation initiative.
Coordinate internal business and IT teams throughout all project phases.
Partner with Workday Services and other resources to ensure deliverables are on time and within scope.
Provide oversight of the implementation partner and proactively identify risks and roadblocks.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive presentations, and steering committee discussions.
Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
