Exodus Integrity Services is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead a major Workday implementation focused on Workday Financials (FINS) and PSA. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and the implementation partner to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise projects, proven Workday deployments, and strong governance and risk management skills.

Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead and coordinate a major Workday implementation initiative focused on Workday Financials (FINS) and Professional Services Automation (PSA). This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, executive leadership, and the Workday implementation partner to ensure successful delivery of the project.

The ideal candidate possesses both strong project leadership capabilities and deep hands‑on knowledge of Workday Financials and PSA modules. This is a highly visible role that requires the ability to manage day‑to‑day project activities while effectively communicating with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and governance of a Workday implementation initiative.
• Coordinate internal business and IT teams throughout all project phases.
• Partner with Workday Services and other implementation resources to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Provide oversight of the implementation partner and proactively identify risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive presentations, and steering committee discussions.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Drive issue resolution and maintain accountability across all project stakeholders.
• Ensure business requirements are properly translated into Workday solution design and implementation activities.
• Support testing, training, change management, and organizational readiness efforts.
• Maintain clear communication with both project teams and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise application implementations.
• Previous experience leading one or more Workday implementations.
• Strong functional understanding of:
• Workday Financials (FINS)
• Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA)
• Experience working with third‑party implementation partners and system integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on project execution.
• Strong risk management, issue management, and project governance experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within professional services, financial services, consulting, or accounting organizations.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing Workday deployments involving multiple business units.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational adoption activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is a strong Workday PM who can both manage internal project work and effectively challenge or validate recommendations from the implementation partner. They are comfortable presenting to executives, leading cross‑functional teams, and rolling up their sleeves to ensure successful project execution.
