Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Financials Analyst to serve as the primary functional and technical administrator for the Workday Financials platform.

You will collaborate with finance, accounting, and business leaders to optimize, maintain, and support our Workday FIN footprint across Core Financials, Cash Management, Assets, AR, Expenses, and Budgeting. In this role you will support month-end close, drive process improvements, develop advanced reports and dashboards, and

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration and support.
• Experience configuring Core Financials, Cash Management, Assets, AR, or Expenses.
• Strong Workday reporting capabilities (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Solid understanding of general ledger, closing cycles, and internal controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday FIN modules including Core Financials, Cash Management, Assets, AR, Expenses, and Budgeting.
• Maintain and optimize Workday business processes for controls and efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end close cycles and resolve ledger issues.
• Design and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards for cash, assets, spend, and variances.
• Oversee release testing and assess new Workday features for impact.
• Provide tier-2/3 end-user support and develop training materials.
