Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead the Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning implementations and ongoing administration. You will bridge Finance and Technology, optimize the system, and support non-revenue finance interfaces across the business.

You will collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to enhance processes, automate reporting, and ensure governance, controls, and security.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
5+ years of enterprise financial systems experience in a mid-large size business at a Managerial level.
Experience implementing larger scale systems as a key or Core team member.
Strong foundation in GAAP, general ledger accounting, close processes, AP/AR and accounting internal controls.
Strong project management abilities and clear communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Implement Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning configurations and governance.
Administer and optimize data models and system security across Workday and Adaptive Planning.
Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to automate processes and improve reporting.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
