Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead our Workday Financials initiatives. You will own the Financial Data Model, Chart of Accounts, and accounting books, while developing Prism Analytics and Accounting Center solutions to support GAAP and management reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align finance data to reporting needs, and help scale our finance platform toward public company readiness with a focus on data integrity and process

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementations, or business systems analysis.
Hands-on Workday Financials experience (FDM, COA, Worktags).
Ability to design data models and reporting for GAAP and management reporting.
Experience with cross-functional requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Serve as internal functional lead for Workday Financials and design data model.
Own COA design, worktag configuration, and accounting books.
Develop Prism Analytics solutions and integrate with external data sources.
Gather requirements and translate into executive reporting, dashboards, analytics.
Collaborate with engineering, policy, and finance stakeholders to drive adoption.
