Job summary

Meridian Partners is seeking a senior Solution Architect in Workday Financials for public sector engagements. You will lead end-to-end architecture, shaping designs and guiding multi-client programs with executive presence and delivery accountability.

You will mentor junior consultants, participate in pre-sales, and ensure scalable, auditable solutions that endure beyond go-live, while thriving in a flexible, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workday Financials or ERP implementation experience.
• At least 5 years in Workday delivery.
• Meaningful public sector implementation experience.
• Active Workday Implementer Certifications — a minimum of two, with Record to Report required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional solution architecture across Workday Financials workstreams for multiple clients.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable Workday designs.
• Lead architecture and design workshops with clients to guide solutions.
• Anticipate cross-module dependencies and downstream impacts before delivery problems.
• Serve as the functional authority and escalation point for hard decisions.
• Coach and mentor delivery teams to ensure quality and governance.
