Caliber seeks a strategic, hands-on Manager, Workday Financial Systems to lead the technology portfolio for Workday Financial Management, Procurement, and related modules. You will manage Sr.

Technology Analysts and Drive design, testing, and continuous improvement across the Workday Finance landscape. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Data & Analytics to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and strengthen controls.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials and related ERP platforms.
• 3+ years managing Workday analysts, administrators, or enterprise teams.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to translate complex topics.
• Ability to drive governance, releases, and incident management within IT and business.
• Experience delivering scalable technology solutions across Finance and Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, delivery, and operational support of Workday Financials and Supply Chain capabilities.
• Oversee team performance, ensure designs are documented, tested, and aligned with business value.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and business leadership to implement roadmap.
