Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, CLM, Supply Chain, or related ERP platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management configuration and business processes.
Experience managing Workday analysts, administrators, product teams, or enterprise application support teams.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, delivery, and operational support of Workday Financials and Supply Chain capabilities across Caliber.
Own and manage team capacity for Workday Financial Management and related modules.
Plan execution, allocate resources, oversee delivery and production support for approved priorities.
Provide effort estimates, risk assessments, and timelines for enhancements and projects.
Ensure change-management processes for incidents, releases, and configuration changes.
Guide senior analysts in requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
Approve Workday functional designs, business process configuration, reports, dashboards, security impacts, and related documentation.
Oversee issue triage, root-cause analysis, and post-production stabilization for Workday Financials.
