OU Health is seeking a Finance System Analyst / Senior Workday Functional Analyst to optimize finance systems. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity across Workday Financials, Power BI, Prism and Adaptive Planning.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and Workday Pro certification, with advanced Excel and analytics skills. Remote work within eligible US states is possible, with full-time benefits and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with Workday Pro certification.
- Expert knowledge of finance processes and Workday Financials.
- Strong Excel and reporting/analytics skills.
- Experience driving ERP implementations, integrations, and testing.
Responsabilités
- Serve as subject matter expert for Workday Financials and related systems.
- Develop requirements, charters, and implementation plans for enhancements.
- Lead finance technology solutions, releases, and integrations.
- Create complex reports/dashboards in Workday, Power BI, Prism, Adaptive Planning.
- Ensure data integrity and perform audits to resolve issues.
