OU Health is seeking a Finance System Analyst/Senior Workday Functional Analyst to support and optimize our Workday Financials and related systems. The role requires expert knowledge of finance processes, strong reporting capabilities, and leadership in enterprise implementations.

The position emphasizes design, development, testing, deployment, security, training, and continuous improvement across Finance ERP platforms. Bachelor's degree and Workday Pro certification are required.

Workday Pro certification required.
Expert knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
Expert understanding of Workday Financials and related technologies.
Advanced skills in reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Prism, Adaptive Planning).
Experience leading enterprise implementations and integrations.

Serves as SME for Workday Financials and related finance systems.
Develops partnerships with Finance and operations.
Creates charters, requirements and plans to support enhancements.
Leads implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Finance tech solutions.
Develops complex reports and dashboards in Workday, Power BI, Prism, Adaptive Planning.
Maintains data integrity and resolves system issues.
Maintains standards for ERP across business units.
Oversees releases, interfaces, and integrations.
Leads special projects as assigned.
