OU Health is seeking a Sr. Finance System Analyst/Senior Workday Functional Analyst to join our Enterprise Business Solutions team. The role may be performed remotely from select US states, with requirement to reside in one of the listed locations or plan to relocate before starting.

This position focuses on Workday Financials, reporting, analytics, and system integrations, partnering with Finance and operations to optimize finance processes and ERP standards across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Workday Pro certification is required.

Mansioni

• Serves as subject matter expert for Workday Financials and related finance systems and processes.
• Develops partnerships with Finance and operational functions.
• Mentors and coaches other analysts and team members.
• Develops charters, requirements, and implementation plans for enhancements and optimizations.
• Leads implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Finance tech solutions including interfaces and integrations.
• Collaborates with vendors and stakeholders to enable upgrades and integrations.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday, Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.
• Executes data integrity audits and resolves deficiencies and system issues.
• Creates standards and best practices for the Finance ERP across units.
• Drives process improvements through technology and proactive research.
• Oversees system enhancements, releases, interfaces, and integrations.
