OU Health is seeking a Finance System Analyst/Senior Workday Functional Analyst to support and optimize Finance systems across the organization. You will serve as the Workday Financials SME, partner with Finance and operations, and drive system enhancements, releases, and integrations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and Workday Pro certification, with advanced reporting skills in Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning. Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency is essential.

• Expert understanding of Workday Financials and related finance technologies.
• Advanced skills in reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Prism, Adaptive Planning).

• Excellent Excel skills and MS Office familiarity.

• Serves as subject matter expert for Workday Financials and related Finance systems and business processes.
• Develops strong consultative partnerships with Finance and operational business functions.
• Develops project charters, business requirements, and implementation plans to support system enhancements and optimization initiatives.
• Leads the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Finance technology solutions, including enhancements, releases, interfaces, and integrations.
• Develops, schedules, and maintains complex reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday, Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.
• Develops and executes data integrity audits and resolves deficiencies, variances, and system issues.
• Oversees system enhancements, releases, interfaces, and integrations to ensure secure and efficient operation.
• Creates and maintains standards, procedures, and best practices for the ERP system across all business units.
• Leads special projects and other duties as assigned.
