Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Systems Accountant to manage and enhance the Workday Finance environment from Naperville, IL. You’ll resolve issues, configure modules, and drive process improvements while collaborating with Accounting and IT teams.

The role requires hands-on expertise in GL/AP/AR, Workday configuration, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. On-site collaboration and cross-functional partnerships are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, and financial close processes.
• Experience configuring Workday Finance, with security roles and reporting.
• Familiarity with API concepts, ETL, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and configuration of Workday Finance, including business process frameworks, security roles, and user setup.
• Act as a functional subject matter resource for Workday Finance across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to analyze problems, document requirements, and support delivery of Workday Finance solutions.
• Develop business requirements, test scripts, and training documentation for Workday Finance projects and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT or the Accounting Systems Manager.
• Monitor interfaces and data flows to ensure accuracy and completeness.
