Job summary

Custom Software Systems, Inc. (CSS) is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to support the Production Workday Finance environment, configure Workday Finance, and conduct end-to-end testing of integrations and reports.

The role involves collaboration with TS teams across the SDLC for HCM and CRM modules and ongoing production support. The ideal candidate has at least ten years of experience in full software development life cycle, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field, and

Qualifications

Experience configuring and testing Workday Finance modules.
Ability to document and validate financial processes in Workday.
Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting.

Responsibilities

Analyze user needs and translate into Workday functional specifications.
Perform end-to-end testing of Workday integrations and reports.
Configure Workday Finance and related business processes to meet requirements.
Provide production support and regression testing for upcoming Workday releases.
Collaborate with TS teams for SDLC activities related to HCM/CRM modules.
Prepare documentation and assist with system setups and training.
