Job summary

The candidate will own end-to-end architecture across Workday FM, drive pursuit strategy, and mentor teams while presenting compelling business value and roadmap illustrations.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise finance and ERP consulting with Workday FM
- Proven presales leadership for Workday Financial Management
- Deep Workday FM functional understanding and cross-functional design
- Experience shaping global or multi-entity finance programs
- Strong knowledge of finance operating models, accounting and integrations
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Pursuit development and presales leadership across opportunities
- Lead discovery workshops and define pursuit strategy and value hypotheses
- Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams for timely submissions
- Own end-to-end Workday Finance solution architecture across modules
- Develop executive-ready presentations and solution storytelling
- Estimate scope, timelines, and commercial aspects; shape delivery
