Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Analyst (Finance) to lead Workday Financials and related Finance processes.

As a full-time member, you will partner with Finance and IT, own the Workday configuration, manage enhancements, and oversee biannual release activities, testing, and post-go-live support. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years Workday experience are required; Workday certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience with direct configuration ownership; participated in at least one full Workday implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Workday Pro certification in Financial Management, Procurement, or Adaptive Planning preferred but not required.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with Finance, IT, and stakeholders translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Functional product owner for Workday Financials; manage intake, evaluate enhancements, and maintain a long-term roadmap.
• Lead functional coordination for biannual Workday releases, including impact analysis, regression testing, and feature adoption planning.
• Drive functional configuration activities and continuous improvement prioritizing standard Workday functionality.
• Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle including UAT and regression testing.
• Provide post go-live support, training, and change management to Finance users.
