Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a Director of Finance ensuring the development and implementation of new technology resources, dashboards and analytical tools to drive efficiencies in data presentation and consistency across HE& R. The role leads a team of analysts and oversees consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.

You will partner with IT and other areas to advance data warehouse design, BI reporting, and key financial reports for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 12 years of related Hospitality/Tourism experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree - Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Proven experience leading FP&A processes and team development.

Responsibilities

• Drive the optimization and efficiency of finance procedures and processes through automation, standardization and documentation.
• Develop user-friendly, standardized templates for financial analysis, incorporating automation where possible.
• Implement and optimize tools to enhance the FP&A function and deliverables to non-financial partners.
• Partner with IT and other business areas to advance data warehouse design and BI tool deployment.
• Provide presentation materials to the Senior Leadership Team for routine financial updates.
• Coach and develop a team of financial professionals to achieve goals and drive system knowledge.
• Oversee consolidation for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
