Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company seeks a Director to lead FP&A, analytics, and reporting initiatives across the enterprise. You will drive automation, standardization, and the use of cutting-edge tools to deliver accurate forecasts and insights for senior leadership.

The role requires coaching a team of analysts, partnering with IT on data warehouse and BI implementations, and presenting pro forma analyses for new initiatives and capital investments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Hospitality/Tourism finance or related field.
• 6+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation and standardization of FP&A processes.
• Develop standardized templates for financial analysis.
• Lead enterprise BI reporting and data warehouse initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT to advance data warehouse design and reporting.
• Provide senior leadership with financial updates and pro formas.
