Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an Extend Consultant to bridge client needs with production-ready Workday applications. You will use the Workday App Builder and Orchestration Builder to craft native experiences inside the Workday UI.

Join a small, fast-growing Extend team and help define development standards while delivering custom objects, event-driven orchestrations, and high-impact apps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Workday Extend.
• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, and Workday Web Services.
• Familiar with WQL; ability to design orchestrations.
• Experience with App Builder (Visual and Code modes).
• Comfortable in a startup-style environment and roadmap-building.

Responsibilities

• Design & Prototype: translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
• Full-Stack Extend Delivery: build, test, and deploy applications that are update-safe.
• Troubleshoot & Optimize: debug logic in orchestrations and analyze performance.
• Practice Building: contribute to internal reusable solution library.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align Extend apps with core modules.
