Job summary

ERCOT is seeking a senior ERP/Workday lead to drive architecture across the ERP product suite, including HR, Finance and Learning modules. You will guide cross‑functional teams, ensure stability, and mentor analysts on complex configurations, reporting, and data governance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, lead release and change management, and design multi‑source analytics to support executive decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP product suites integrating HR, Finance and Learning processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑module design and cross‑platform architecture decisions.
• Strong consulting and change management skills across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape architecture across the ERP product suite, aligning HR/Finance/Learning processes.
• Lead Workday release checks, issue resolution, and post‑release stabilization with CAB involvement.
• Architect and lead reporting and analytics across the ERP stack, including Workday and Cornerstone reports.
• Mentor junior analysts on configuration, security, data governance, and cross‑module delivery.
