Job summary

ERCOT is seeking an experienced ERP expert to lead the configuration, administration, and architecture of its Workday and Cornerstone OnDemand platforms. The role focuses on end‑to‑end cross‑module initiatives, security, reporting, and data governance across HR, Finance, and Learning domains.

You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with HR/Finance stakeholders, and ensure compliant SDLC practices while operating on-site in Taylor, TX.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years related work experience including hands-on Workday and/or Cornerstone configuration/administration.
• Experience leading cross‑module ERP initiatives and providing technical guidance; mentoring junior analysts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape ERP architecture across Workday and Cornerstone; lead cross‑module design decisions.
• Lead release management, issue resolution, and post‑release stabilization; manage CAB meetings.
• Design and govern security models, SoD controls, and data governance across ERP product suite.
• Administer and develop EIB integrations for inbound/outbound data movement.
• Architect and lead complex reporting and analytics across Workday, Prism, and Cornerstone.
