Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Lead ERP Engineer to join the Information Technology team in Austin. The role focuses on configuring and supporting ERP systems, including Workday, with responsibilities spanning development, integrations, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in ERP/HRIS/financial reporting, strong problem solving, and leadership skills, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers growth and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years IT experience designing, implementing or leading ERP/HRIS/financial reporting systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve ERP configuration and integrations to other applications.
• Provide technical solutions on ERP configuration and new functionality.
• Lead intake and distribution of integration requests across teams with defined SLAs.
• Serve as escalated ERP support and lead technical resource for the ERP team.
• Assist vendor patches/upgrades validation and training initiatives.
