Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications or systems architecture.
• Strong Workday experience across HCM, Benefits, integrations, security, and enterprise data.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and lifecycle management.
• Ability translating business needs into scalable tech solutions and roadmaps.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical strategy for Workday and connected enterprise applications.
• Design and oversee integrations, interfaces, data flows, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Establish architectural standards for scalability, security, data integrity, and system performance.
• Lead Workday releases, technical changes, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform optimization.
• Assess current-state architecture and processes, define future-state solutions, and develop implementation plans.
• Lead technical initiatives, vendors, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across the broader enterprise applications environment.
