You will collaborate with HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning teams to shape technical solutions and drive product quality. The position supports a remote work setup with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and testing software applications/infrastructure.
• Experience with Workday integration techniques (RaaS, API, Cloud Connector, EIB).
• 4+ years collaborating with HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning teams.
• 3+ years Workday architecture and data structures.
• 3+ years working with protected information.
• 2+ years implementing Workday security including SSO and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test software applications per business requirements.
• Standardize QA procedures; oversee testing and debugging; develop fixes.
• Research complaints and implement necessary adjustments for complex issues.
• Collaborate with Business partners and Solution/Application architects to design software solutions.
• Influence department strategy and decide on technical approaches.
