Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain Workday-integrated software solutions. You will collaborate with HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning teams to implement secure, scalable components.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS or related field with 5+ years of software experience and Workday integration expertise (RaaS, API, Cloud Connector, EIB). This remote role may involve occasional travel for training or meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master's preferred.
5+ years designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure.
Experience with Workday integration techniques including RaaS, API, Cloud Connector, and EIB.
Experience collaborating with HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning teams.
Experience with Workday architecture and data structures; handling protected information; implementing SSO and MFA.

Responsibilities

Codes software applications based on business requirements.
Oversees testing and debugging; develops fixes.
Standardizes QA procedures and ensures quality across implementations.
Collaborates with Business partners and Solution/Architecture teams to design software solutions.
Influences department strategy and technical direction on complex issues.
