Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Application Developer for a 100% remote role in the U.S. You will configure Workday across HCM and Finance, build reports, and extend Workday apps using Workday Extend, collaborating with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Workday experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of shipping maintainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday technical experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
• Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
• Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday across modules, including reports, security, and business processes.
• Develop and extend Workday applications using Workday Extend; support HR, finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code and design reviews.
