Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Solutions Developer to configure Workday modules, design reports, and extend the platform with Workday Extend. The role covers technical configuration, custom reports, integration support, and lightweight application extension work to deliver value for HR, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Requires 5+ years Workday tech experience, strong report writer skills, and expertise in calculated fields and security.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five or more years of Workday technical experience.
Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.

Responsibilities

Configure Workday configurations, reports, and calculated fields to meet business needs.
Design and implement Workday business processes and rules, and support HR/finance/IT stakeholders.
Develop and extend Workday applications using Workday Extend and related tools.
Support integrations and reporting strategies to maximize Workday value.
