Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on the Workday platform in a delivery role with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with deep functional knowledge of Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance/Rewards modules.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: scope and lead multi-quarter, high-visibility projects across Experience & Rewards systems.
• Stakeholder Partnership: write detailed functional requirements and use cases for business partners and delivery teams.
• Subject Matter Expertise: lead Experience & Rewards in Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits integrations.
• Backlog & Execution Management: manage backlog and drive on-time delivery with stakeholders.
• Agile & Scrum Execution: operate in Scrum, write user stories and acceptance criteria, support sprint ceremonies.
• Impediment Resolution: identify and resolve risks and trade-offs to ensure delivery milestones.
• Mentorship & Influence: mentor junior colleagues and guide workshops.
