Job summary

Okta's Enterprise Technology team is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to lead Workday Delivery for the Experience & Rewards pod. You will drive complex multi-system initiatives across Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits, acting as the bridge between Product Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations leadership.

You will guide technical execution from backlog to delivery, mentoring teams, and steering workshops in a Scrum environment to align with Okta's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on the Workday platform in a delivery role, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree
• Hands-on Workday HCM with advanced compensation, benefits, and rewards knowledge
• Proven delivery lead of complex, multi-system initiatives
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-quarter, high-visibility Workday initiatives within Experience & Rewards
• Own functional requirements, processes and use cases with PM and HR leads
• Drive backlog execution and ensure on-time delivery in a Scrum framework
• Mentor junior colleagues and influence project teams
