Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to serve as the Workday Delivery Lead for the People Technology portfolio, focusing on Experience & Rewards. You will lead complex, multi-system initiatives spanning Core HCM, Benefits, Rewards, and Compensation, acting as the conduit between Product Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years on Workday delivery for enterprise customers, with relevant degree.
Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Rewards modules.
Proven Delivery Lead for multi-system initiatives.
Strong stakeholder collaboration and requirement-writing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-quarter Workday delivery across Experience & Rewards.
Define functional requirements, processes, and use cases.
Act as delivery lead for Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits tech integrations.
Manage backlog and ensure on-time execution.
Apply Agile/Scrum practices; break down epics into stories.
Identify risks and trade-offs; resolve impediments.
Mentor junior colleagues and influence teams.
