Job summary

Okta seeks a Principal Product Analyst to serve as the Workday Delivery Lead for the People Technology portfolio, focused on the Experience & Rewards pod. In this broad role, you will lead complex, multi‑system initiatives spanning Core HCM, Benefits, Rewards, and Compensation.

You will serve as the crucial conduit between Product Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations leadership, driving technical execution against a prioritized backlog to align with Okta's strategic goals.

Qualifications

10+ years of Workday delivery experience, or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
Hands-on Workday HCM, with deep knowledge of Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance/Rewards.
Proven delivery lead for complex multi-system initiatives.
Ability to coordinate across applications and processes with data-driven decision making.
Strong collaboration to align stakeholders and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

Strategically scope and lead multi-quarter, high-visibility projects across Experience & Rewards systems.
Act as primary conduit between business partners and technical delivery teams, writing detailed requirements.
Serve as the functional specialist for Experience & Rewards, focusing on Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits integrations.
Drive backlog execution and ensure on-time delivery within a Scrum framework.
Identify and resolve risks and trade-offs with stakeholders to maintain delivery milestones.
Mentor junior colleagues and facilitate scoping workshops.
