Synechron seeks a Workday Configuration Consultant to configure, administer, and support complex Workday processes, partnering with stakeholders to optimize the platform in an audit-ready environment.

The role requires expertise across multiple Workday modules, strong integration skills, and a solid background in Core HCM, security, and data modeling. Opportunities to work on global projects and cutting-edge tech abound.

Competenze

• Core HCM, specific Workday domain(s), testing, security, and deployment.
• Solid working knowledge of at least three Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Retirement/Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Talent Management.
• Workday custom objects, business processes, core setup, and the security framework.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Workday security and access controls; integration tools like Workday Studio/EIB/Core Connectors.

Mansioni

• Configure and troubleshoot complex Workday business processes.
• Perform Workday administrative functions, including tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.
• Provide pre- and post-implementation end-user support.
• Manage change, issue resolution, and testing.
• Deliver training to enhance and optimize Workday processes.
• Operate within Sandbox environments and a controlled systems environment.
• Define, document, and enforce system standards.
• Document technology specifications for current and future configuration.
• Support audit controls and compliance practices.
• Act as domain support for feature releases and issue resolution.
• Support Workday Solution Architect to define scope and implement changes.
